Corporate Headquarters
Well Health Technologies*
One of the fastest growing Medical Tech and Telehealth companies in Vancouver, James worked closely with this highly data driven client on a complex interior tenant improvement that combined three existing tenant spaces within The Landing a historic building at 375 Water Street at the iconic entrance to the Gastown District.
The design required a detailed space needs analysis to establish clear program requirements geared towards a flexible hybrid work structure that included accommodations for shared workstations, on demand privacy, upgraded client facing areas to host physician practice acquisition sales events and rapid future growth of personnel count.
In order to facilitate the client’s corporate due diligence process for large capital expenditures, James successfully convinced the client to engage Chandos Construction for a Design-Build project delivery method expediting the tender process and providing continuous transparency for the client to monitor costing. Close collaboration with Chandos Construction was also required due to the need for phased issuance of contract documents to facilitate phased execution for the scope of work to allow the client to take partial occupancy of the tenant space during the construction process.
