Clinic 138 holds the distinction of being the only luxury medical aesthetics clinic owned and operated by board certified  Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgeon Physicians in Vancouver proper. Centrally located in the Yaletown Roundhouse district at Pacific and Davie the clinic offers all routine medi-spa services with doctors specifically trained in their specialties whom also have local hospital privileges at St. Paul's and Vancouver General Hospital to implement the surgical treatment plans on which they consult. This maintains an impeccable continuity of care for their patients.

The comprehensive design consists of 6 treatment rooms, a Photo Therapy room, four private doctor's offices, three Medical Office Assistant shared offices,  full Sterilization Centre with laundry, dedicated patient and staff washrooms, Patient Lounge,  Staff Lounge, Retail Area and a striking Reception area with a custom ANDlight fixture locally fabricated and installed in the pattern of the molecular structure of Botox.
