By Cressey
425 WEST 6TH AVENUE*
As one of the most recent Class A Commercial Office Tower developments at the center of the Cambie Rise Commercial District, Cressey knew to enlist a designer experienced in lifestyle driven design from a polished and joyful perspective. James Yee worked closely with the Cressey Development Team to strike a precise tone throughout the common area lobbies, washrooms, end of trip facilities and event spaces to attract elite tenants. The successful design attracted Best Buy and VEGA to build multi-floor regional corporate headquarters leading to 100% of the office floors leased upon opening. The street front tenant space attracted Canada’s luxury fitness studio Altea Active. Interior Design scope included full coordination with the consultant team, specification of all architectural and decorative lighting and specification and planning of all food service equipment for Banquet and conference rooms amenities. All base building office floor washroom facilities were designed with the ability to be converted for gender neutral use based on future code requirements
